24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

When we make an appointment, I hold that time specifically for you and plan my day to be there so I can give you a therapeutic massage with full attention.  If you realize that another day or time will work better for you, I require at least 24 hours' notice, and really appreciate 48 hours or more.  This respects my time and makes it possible to find another person to take that time slot.

• If you cancel and give at least 24 hours' notice, there is no fee!
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, there is a 1/2 session fee
• If you cancel with less than 2 hours' notice, or do not show, you must pay the entire session fee before rebooking.

Same day appointments:

Please be aware that when booking an appointment on the same day, it is considered set, and if changed, canceled or rescheduled at any point after it is made, the client is responsible for paying for the full price of the appointment.

No-Shows:

Anyone who does not keep their appointment for whatever reason (without prior 24 hour notice to cancel) will be considered a no show and will be charged for their appointment.

Arriving Late:

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the session actually given, you will be responsible for the full fee. Out of respect and consideration to me and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
